To All Dear Valued Customers,
As the Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year) approaches, we are delighted to inform you that JoyYo Jewelry will observe its longest holiday period of the year from February 7th to March 1st, 2026. Normal operations will resume on March 2nd, 2026, following this 23-day holiday.
During this period, we will be unable to process orders promptly. Any orders placed during the holiday will not be shipped until we return to work on March 2nd, 2026. These orders will be processed and dispatched sequentially according to the order in which they were received, starting from our official return date (March 2nd, 2026).
With less than 10 days remaining before the start of the holiday, we strongly encourage you to submit any restocking or new orders as early as possible to avoid delays.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We look forward to serving you with renewed energy and efficiency in the New Year.
Wishing you a Happy New Year and every success in the year ahead!
Best regards.

FAQ:
1. What does CNY stand for?
CNY means Chinese New Year, especially stands for Lunar New Year.
2. Is the first day of January each year Chinese New Year?
No, 1st January is the New Year's Day (solar calendar New Year), while the Chinese New Year (the Spring Festival) is the 'Lunar New Year'. Since 1949, these two have been distinctly recognised: one as the international standard, the other as a traditional custom, together forming China's 'dual New Year' culture.
3. Why isn't the Chinese New Year (the Spring Festival) celebrated on January 1st each year?
The reason it isn't fixed on January 1st each year is that we Chinese use a lunisolar calendar: the Gregorian calendar (solar calendar) aligns with international standards and facilitates daily administration, while the lunar calendar precisely guides agricultural timings and traditional festivals. As the Lunar New Year, Spring Festival embodies millennia of agricultural culture and family reunion traditions, hence it remains fixed on the first day of the first lunar month.
4. When is Chinese New Year?
Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) falls on the 1st day of the 1st lunar month, hence its Gregorian calendar date varies annually, typically occurring between January 21st and February 20th. For example, the Spring Festival in 2026 falls on February 17th, whereas in 2025 is occurs on January 29th.
5. When do you leave for CNY holiday?
We will be on CNY holiday from February 7th to March 1st, 2026, and will resume work on March 2nd, 2026.
