Returns & Exchange
Generally, you can send us emails with details for your wanted returned items; also, you can call our Customer service and one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.
Please make sure that you understand our Return Policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
ZuobisiJewelry.com, our company reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
Please follow the following steps to return your products.
1. Send email or contact customer service and offer the relevant information of the order (Order number );2. Describe complete reasons and details for return;
If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged, please take photos of packaging and practicality of jewelry;
3. Our customer service will check firstly and agree;
4. After making agreements, we will inform you our returned address.
5. Return your items;6. We received items and refund your money or keep the banlace into your credit account for your next order.

Quality issues:
If your items have quality issues (including shipping damages), you can return or exchange the products within 7 days of receiving the products, for FREE.
Not quality issues:
If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased on ZuobisiJewelry.com , you can return the products within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note, customers may be charged full shipping fee and custom fee on returned items.
Mis-shipped products or shortage products:
For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item for your next order. Also, you can choose return the product and get a refund.
Please Note:
1. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item for exchange or refund. We only accept products in their original condition.
2. All returns without our confirmation would not be accepted.
3. Refunds will be issused back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. After we complete your refund, we will send you a message or an email. Please allow 2-7 business days for your refund to appear.
4. When a Gift Card/ Coupon/ Credit (or any other free giveaway) is applicable to an order and if that order is refunded for any reason, the Gift Card (or any other free giveaway) used in that order cannot be refunded.
5. We cannot refund or beresponsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
6. You have to pay for the return shipping fee, unless a mistake is made by us.
